Recommend for a quick trip

Clean room, friendly staff. the indoor swimming pool was warm and well-maintained while the breakfast selection was delicious and satisfying.

Nothing I didn't like.

Had a pleasant break with a comfortable bed and a nice gym. The dining area could use a facelift as it feels a bit cafeteria-like now. While the pool was warm and enjoyable, the bathroom could be larger. a good place, especially considering the friendly staff.

We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel, especially enjoying our visit to BeWILDerwood, an imaginative adventure park with treehouses that had my teenage daughter buzzing with excitement. The staff were friendly and ensured our room was spotless, making us feel right at home.

My kids wished there were more fresh veggies on the dinner menu.

Nice place for a short stay

We had a chill 2 nights here. The location's fab, just a stroll to Norwich or a quick bus ride back. The room was comfy, and that breakfast spread was on point with good gluten-free options. Only bummer was the mad rush for the pool. it seemed like swimming wasn't easy to book at times.

the room was super comfy with nice sheets and pillows, and having plenty of free parking was a bonus. the staff were friendly, which made check-in easy. also, the pool was warm and really nice to relax in after a long day.

the tv didn’t work when i arrived, had to fix it myself and the room looked kinda tired like it needs a refresh. also, breakfast seemed way too expensive and i didn't even have it.

The pool area was nice and well-kept. Rooms felt dated, with a small bathroom that needs a refresh. Convenient access to a nearby golf course is a plus.

Small room sizes!!! Unclean bathroom fixtures!!! The restaurant setting lacks modern charm and needs attention.

close to museums and parks for city walks

I had a wonderful time here with a clean and comfortable room, and the breakfast spread was wonderful, making it a great place to recharge before exploring nearby attractions like Marston Marsh, which is just a short walk away, and Strangers' Hall Museum, not too far either for a nice city stroll.

I had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the warm swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxation after a long day. The team was very welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. I found the bathroom a bit cramped, which could use some improvement.
